Getting started - Candidate Experience

• A simple step-by-step guide 

In this guide, we show you how to get started with your HI-account and how to do the assessments. 

Starting your assessment from the invitation link:

1. Go to your email and find the mail with the invitation link from HI Assessments
2. Open the mail (the recommended browser is Google - if you encounter some problems while in Safari/other browsers, try changing to Google)

3. Press the button that says “Let’s get started!”
4. Now you are ready to create your account - fill in your name 

5. Read the “Privacy Policy” and “Terms of use” to get at better understanding of how we use the data 
6. Press that you have read and understood 

7. Press “Get started”
8. Choose which test you want to start with 

9. Read the instructions and then press “Begin assessment” to start 
10. Follow the instructions in the assessments! 

How to get started with assessments through the self-signup:

1. Press the link for self-signup that you’ve gotten from the one responsible for your project 

2. Fill in the information needed before beginning the assessments 
3. Enter email address, first name and last name
4. Press “Submit application”
5. You will receive an email that looks just like the email in the description above
